Indoor air quality

GREENGUARD Gold and office pods.

Understand what an emissions certificate covers and which documents to request for the pod you are buying.

What GREENGUARD Gold measures

Chemical emissions

UL GREENGUARD certification assesses chemical emissions from products used indoors. GREENGUARD Gold uses stricter emissions limits than the standard GREENGUARD programme, including criteria relevant to environments such as schools and healthcare facilities. Read UL Solutions’ explanation of GREENGUARD certification.

Check the scope of the document: an emissions certificate does not establish a pod’s acoustic rating, fire performance, accessibility or suitability for every building. Assess those requirements separately.

Check the exact model and configuration

Before procurement approval

Request the current certificate and product listing for your selected FocusPod. Match the manufacturer, model or product family, finishes and certificate dates to the quoted configuration. Confirm whether the document covers the complete pod or specified materials and components.

For a school, healthcare facility or workplace with its own procurement policy, send the requirement with your enquiry. Your procurement or facilities team should assess the supplied documentation against that requirement before an order is approved.

What to request with your quote

A clear evidence pack
  • The certificate number, certificate holder and current product listing.
  • The models, finishes and components covered by the certificate.
  • The model-specific acoustic test report and test method.
  • Dimensions, weight, ventilation and electrical specifications.
  • Installation, maintenance and warranty information for the selected configuration.

Include your preferred model, intended use and any building or procurement requirements when you request a quote.

Choose the right indoor pod

One to six people

Solo and Solo Plus are one-person phone booths. Duo and Team are two-person models with different footprints. Meet seats up to four and Max up to six.

Compare the actual layout and usable space as well as the stated capacity. Furniture and professional installation are optional extras. Confirm delivery access, stock availability and lead time for your order.

Ventilation still matters

Plan for occupied use

Check the pod’s ventilation specification, intended occupancy and the surrounding room conditions. Standard ventilation exchanges air with the surrounding room. Optional cooling is a separate specification; the current air-conditioning add-on is listed for Meet and Max.
