Approximately four weeks
Our current indicative lead time is approximately four weeks. Your quote confirms the delivery window for the agreed configuration and address. Customs clearance, freight schedules, custom requirements and site readiness can affect timing.
A complete quote before payment
Our aim is a single agreed delivered price, with FocusPod arranging the import costs. Your final quote identifies freight, applicable duties and taxes, clearance and local delivery, and confirms who handles them. These charges are not included in the displayed pod-only price. The written quote must confirm the arrangement before you order.
Tell us where it is going
Send the complete US delivery address and ZIP code, business or residential use, receiving hours and loading facilities. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and locations needing special access require individual confirmation.
Delivery and installation are different
Your quote specifies the delivery point, unloading arrangements, movement inside the building, assembly and packaging removal. Curbside or loading-dock delivery does not include carrying the pod to an upstairs office.
Check the shipment when it arrives
Inspect the packaging and accessible components, photograph any damage and note visible issues with the carrier. Contact FocusPod with your order reference so the next steps can be agreed.
