Help us understand the issue
Send the order number, model, delivery address, a description of the problem and clear photos. Include when you first noticed it and whether it affects use of the pod. For an electrical or safety concern, stop using the affected equipment until it has been assessed.
Agree the next step
FocusPod reviews the information and confirms an appropriate next step. Depending on the issue and agreed coverage, that may involve troubleshooting, parts or arranging service. Local availability and access are checked before a visit is promised.
Keep your records
Retain your approved specification, invoice, delivery record and installation information. Check with FocusPod before arranging chargeable repair work if you intend to seek reimbursement.
