Before the delivery is booked
Agree the final position, measure the handling route and confirm the receiving area. Check elevator bookings, building work hours, insurance requirements and any approvals requested by your facilities manager.
Choose your installation arrangement
Contractor support is available across major regions. Coverage, scheduling and the scope at your specific address are confirmed during order review. If you arrange your own installer, request the model-specific assembly information first.
Agree exactly what is included
The installation scope should state unloading, movement from the receiving point, assembly, positioning and packaging removal. Stairs, restricted access, special lifting equipment and after-hours work need to be assessed separately.
Power, cooling and building requirements
Have your facilities team confirm the electrical supply and any work needed for optional equipment. Review the intended location against applicable accessibility, fire, electrical and building requirements before proceeding.
After assembly
Check the agreed configuration, door operation, lighting, ventilation and fitted options with your installer. Keep the handover information and contact FocusPod if anything needs attention.
