Changing a configuration
Contact FocusPod as soon as you need a change. We check the production stage and any effect on price or delivery. A requested change only takes effect once it has been confirmed in writing.
Cancelling an order
Cancellation eligibility and any charges depend on your agreed terms and the work already committed. This page does not promise a cancellation window or non-refundable deposit policy.
Requesting a return
Contact us with your order reference and the reason for the request before shipping anything back. Eligibility, the return location, handling and transport costs need to be confirmed for your order.
Damage or an incorrect item
Photograph the issue and packaging, retain the delivery details and contact FocusPod promptly. Damage, missing parts and an incorrect configuration are assessed separately from a change-of-mind request.
