Ordering with confidence
Review the details. Then make it yours.
Your configuration starts the conversation. A written, approved order brings the details together.
1. Build your configuration
Choose the model, quantity, finishes, furniture and accessories. Displayed prices help you plan; a saved configuration is not an order acceptance or a reservation of production capacity.
2. Review the complete scope
We check the model and options against your delivery address and access requirements. Your written quote records included items, freight, applicable duties and taxes, installation scope and the expected delivery window.
3. Check the terms before payment
Review the seller’s legal details, payment schedule, quote validity, cancellation and return terms, warranty coverage and any exclusions. Ask for clarification before accepting. The five-year structural and electrical warranty is described on our warranty page; this overview does not establish a payment schedule or additional warranty terms.
4. Pay against the confirmed order
Use the payment request issued for your approved order. Changes to the configuration, delivery address or installation scope require a revised agreement. Production and delivery follow the confirmed order arrangements.
