Yes. Use the configurator to see available finishes, furniture and accessories. The order review confirms your selections and their compatibility. The 3D view is illustrative; the agreed specification defines the order.

Yes. Add configurations and quantities in the builder, then share your project details. Delivery sequencing and installation are reviewed together for multi-pod projects.

US orders are built to order and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner. We confirm the delivery and import arrangements for your address before payment.

Allow approximately four weeks as an indicative lead time. The final quote confirms the delivery window for your configuration, freight route and site requirements.

We aim to arrange import costs within your agreed delivered quote. Before payment, the written quote must confirm who handles clearance, duties and taxes. Do not treat the website’s base price as an all-inclusive delivered price.

Contractor support is available across major regions. Your address, access and the requested scope determine the final arrangement. Installation must be included explicitly in your quote.

Ask for the applicable cancellation and return terms before paying. Eligibility depends on the agreed order and production stage. No blanket change-of-mind return promise is made here.
