Choosing & configuring
Are the front and rear both glass?
Yes. Every FocusPod has glass at both the front and rear. Standard glass is clear. Optional PDLC privacy glass can be selected for the front only or for both the front and rear.
Can I move the pod once it is installed?
Yes. Every FocusPod has built-in wheels and adjustable leveling feet. Raise the feet to move the pod on its wheels, then lower and adjust them to level the pod in its new position.
Can I buy a pod immediately?
Start with the configurator and request an order review. We confirm your configuration, delivery details and complete price before issuing a payment request. A configuration summary is not an accepted order.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. The regional product and option prices are shown in USD. The displayed pod base price excludes furniture, selected extras and destination charges. Your final quote shows what is included and the amount payable.
Can I choose colors and extras?
Yes. Use the configurator to see available finishes, furniture and accessories. The order review confirms your selections and their compatibility. The 3D view is illustrative; the agreed specification defines the order.
Can you supply several pods?
Yes. Add configurations and quantities in the builder, then share your project details. Delivery sequencing and installation are reviewed together for multi-pod projects.
Delivery & installation
How is my pod delivered?
Every pod is built to order and delivered directly to your workplace. We confirm the delivery and import arrangements for your address before payment.
How long does it take?
Estimated delivery: 3–8 weeks. Final timing confirmed in your quote.
Will there be anything to pay on delivery?
We aim to arrange import costs within your agreed delivered quote. Before payment, the written quote must confirm who handles clearance, duties and taxes. Do not treat the website’s base price as an all-inclusive delivered price.
Is installation available?
Contractor support is available across major regions. Your address, access and the requested scope determine the final arrangement. Installation must be included explicitly in your quote.
Changes & support
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Ask for the applicable cancellation and return terms before paying. Eligibility depends on the agreed order and production stage. No blanket change-of-mind return promise is made here.
How do I get help?
Use the contact page for project questions or support. Include an order reference for existing orders, or your preferred model and delivery ZIP code for a new project.
What warranty comes with a FocusPod?
Your FocusPod includes a 5-year structural and electrical limited warranty. The full terms, including what is covered, what is not and how to make a claim, are published on our warranty page.

Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Yes. Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm combo in the configurator. It is priced per pod and included in your configuration total when selected. Your building manager may request it as part of approving the pod for your space; the equipment, building-system connections and installation scope are confirmed for your site.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
