Your office pod delivery checklist

Use this checklist with the agreed delivery and installation scope. Assign a receiving contact and keep the approved specification, quotation and carrier details together.

Before a delivery date is agreed

Confirm the full address, ZIP code, receiving hours and on-site contact.
Send the route and final-position information, including elevator dimensions and load limits.
Identify the agreed unloading point, internal movement, assembly and packaging-removal responsibilities.
Ask the building manager about contractor access, induction, elevator bookings and any documents they need.

Before the vehicle arrives

Make the booked receiving area available and keep the route clear.
Arrange indoor space to receive and protect components.
Ensure the receiving contact has the order and shipment references.
Confirm that the premises and power arrangements are ready for the agreed installation scope.
Keep equipment and furniture choices aligned with the approved specification.

At delivery

Inspect the packaging and accessible components. Photograph visible damage and record issues with the carrier. Check the shipment against the available delivery paperwork and contact FocusPod promptly if anything appears missing or damaged.

Do not treat signing for a shipment as a substitute for the agreed inspection and reporting process. Follow the applicable order terms and the instructions supplied with your delivery.

At installation handover

Check the installed model and furniture against the approved configuration.
Review door operation and the installed lighting, ventilation and powered equipment with the installer.
Keep the operating, care and support information with the facilities contact.
Record any outstanding items and agree who will resolve them.
Confirm packaging removal and the final condition of the work area against the agreed scope.
