New York, Boston and Chicago

For a city office, record the building name, suite, floor and ZIP code alongside the entrance the delivery team will use. A reception address can be different from the freight entrance. Ask building management for the receiving appointment process, elevator booking and any contractor documentation before committing to a move-in date. Check the route using packed component dimensions as well as the finished pod footprint.

Los Angeles, the Bay Area and Seattle

Use the actual municipality and ZIP code rather than a broad metro name. A San Francisco office and a site elsewhere in the Bay Area need their own access plan; the same applies across Greater Los Angeles and the Seattle area. Include parking or dock access, overhead clearance and the distance from unloading to the final room. For upper floors, measure the elevator opening, cabin and turning space together.

Dallas, Austin, Denver and other US destinations

The city guide is a starting point, not a delivery boundary. For Dallas–Fort Worth, specify the receiving city and suite; for an Austin or Denver workplace, include the same full site information. For Houston and Miami, start with the full workplace address and the intended pod configuration. Tell us whether the premises have a dock, a ground-level entrance or a shared receiving area so the complete project reflects the real handling route.

Several offices, one clear schedule

For a rollout across states, keep a separate receiving record for every site. Record the model, furniture, quantity, local receiving hours and named contact for each location. A standard configuration can be repeated, but one building’s freight appointment or elevator capacity cannot be assumed for the next. Identify Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations requiring additional transport stages at the outset.

Choose for the work, then check the building

Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual work, Duo and Team for two-person layouts, and Meet and Max for small-group use. Furniture changes the usable layout. Leave room for circulation, door movement, assembly and ongoing access, and have the building team review the proposed position. An acoustic pod is part of the workplace plan; it is not a blanket approval for every building.
