Every model, priced

These are the prices you will see in the configurator, for the pod itself. Furniture packages and installation are separate lines so you can see exactly what each part costs rather than working backwards from one bundled figure.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your order summary, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at greater than 29 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on your order.

What changes your final figure

Four things move the number between the table above and your order summary. The model and its footprint. The furniture arrangement you choose, which is what turns a shell into a usable room. Optional extras such as switchable privacy glass, air conditioning, a glass whiteboard or an access control panel. And the installation scope for your building, because a ground-floor suite with dock access and a high floor served by one small freight elevator are genuinely different projects.

Send us the ZIP code, the receiving hours and anything awkward about the access route, and we will build that into your order rather than discovering it on delivery day. Freight and applicable sales tax sit outside the pod price and are confirmed on your order, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

A pod against building a conference room

The usual alternative is constructing a room. By the time framing or glass partitions, a door, relocated electrical and HVAC, permits, professional fees and finishing are counted, a small built conference room commonly runs well into five figures, and takes weeks with contractors on site rather than a single morning.

Two costs are easy to miss. Construction usually needs landlord approval and a permit, which takes time and money of its own. And when the lease ends, the room stays behind: you paid for an improvement to someone else's building. A FocusPod is furniture. No permit, not attached to the structure, and it moves to the next office with you.

The tax position helps

Because a FocusPod is freestanding equipment rather than a building improvement, Section 179 expensing and bonus depreciation can allow the full cost to be deducted in the year the pod is placed in service, where construction is depreciated over decades.
