Question one: what actually happens in there?
A pod for ten-minute calls and a pod for two-hour focused work are different products, even for the same one person. Calls need the smallest footprint you can get away with. Sitting and working needs a real chair and a real desk, which is a bigger box.
Meetings split the same way. Two people looking at one screen want to sit slightly across from each other, which is the Duo. Two people having an informal catch-up want seats and a low table, which is the Team, in a shallower footprint that is easier to place.
Question two: how long are the sessions?
This is the question people skip and then regret. Anything over about forty minutes and comfort stops being a luxury: posture, air and light decide whether people keep using the pod or drift back to their desks. If your honest answer is an hour or more, size up.
Question three: how much floor can you actually give it?
Measure the real space, then take off clearance for the door to open and for someone to walk past. It is worth doing with tape on the floor before you decide, because a footprint that looks fine on a plan can eat a circulation route in practice. Question four: how many, and in what mix?
Buy fewer than you think and vary the sizes. A pair of one-person booths plus one larger room serves most floors better than three identical units, because call demand is constant and meeting demand comes in bursts. Start with what you are certain of, watch how it gets used for a month, then extend. We hold specifications so later units match.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery and handling, selected installation and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard
Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.
There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.
