The base dimensions are only the start of a workable layout. Measure the route into the building and the space around the pod before approving the installation position.

Dimensions exclude door swing, assembly, ventilation and service clearances. Optional cooling adds height. Capacity depends on furniture. Check the model-specific specification before ordering.
Check the door, ceiling and service space
Mark the door swing and the approach to the entrance. Add the assembly, ventilation and servicing clearances stated in the selected model information. Optional cooling adds height, so confirm the complete equipment schedule before comparing it with your ceiling.
Do not use the exterior rectangle as a promise that a pod fits tightly between walls. Ask for the required clearances when they are not shown on the drawing you have.
Measure the complete receiving route
- Delivery vehicle access and the agreed unloading point.
- Door and corridor widths, corners and changes of level.
- Elevator doorway and cabin dimensions, load limit and booking arrangements.
- Packed component sizes and weights from the selected model documentation.
- A protected indoor staging and assembly area.
Review the building and furniture together
Keep circulation, exits, building services and accessible routes clear. Share the planned position, electrical requirements and furniture layout with the facilities team. Project-specific requirements cannot be inferred from a general product certificate.
For desk work, consider chair movement, equipment, screen position and time inside. For meetings, review the real table and seating plan rather than only the maximum capacity.
Send a usable project brief
Include a marked floor plan, route measurements, access photos, the ZIP code and a receiving contact. Label any dimensions you have estimated so the team can identify what still needs checking.
